旅行後に／after traveling

母と娘でホーチミン＆バンコク旅行に行ってきました。

I visited Ho Chi Minh city of Vietnam and Bangkok of Thailand with my mother and daughter for eight days.

 ペナンに戻ると無性にローカルフードを食べたくなりホーカーへ。カリーミー・ローマイカイ・アイスコピですっかり満たされました。

After coming back to Penang, I was craving Penang food and went to hawker center. Curry Mee,

Lo Mai Gai and Iced Kopi satisfied my appetite. 

ハイティー／high tea@suffolk house

約1年ぶりにサフォークハウスでハイティーを楽しんできました。

We enjoyed having a high tea at suffolk house for the first time in the last one year.

ヘイズも去って澄んだ青空が戻りました。

Clear blue sky spread after the terrible haze ended.

白いリネンのブラウス／blouse of white linen fabric

こないだのベトナム旅行で買った白のリネン生地で娘のブラウスを作りました。洋裁音痴なので今回も先生に手伝ってもらいました。

I made a short-sleeved blouse of my daughter with the white linen fabric, which I bought during the last Vietnam trip. Even now, I`m not very good at sewing, and my sewing teacher helped me a lot this time also.

クアラルンプールの水族館／Aquaria KLCC

先日、クアラルンプールの水族館「アクアリア」へ行きました。入場料は大人64RM（2000円弱）でペナン水族館の13倍！高すぎて思わず家族会議。

We visited Aquaria KLCC during Hari Raya Haji holidays. The ticket price was RM64(Adult). As it was thirteen times as expensive as Penang Arquarium (RM5), I talked with my husband whether we should enter or not.  

高いだけあってどの展示も凝っていたような。。。

It seemed all exhibitions were worth paying the entrance fee.

サービス精神旺盛な亀

This turtle showed us too much hospitality.

動く歩道付きの全長90mの水中トンネル。頭上を泳ぐ巨大なサメ。

3度目のミカサ食器セール／the third time to visit Mikasa warehouse sales

かれこれ3度目のミカサ食器セールへ行ってきました（前回の記事→☆）。無地のお皿が多い中、今っぽいデザインのお皿を発見。

When I went to Mikasa warehouse sales, I found modern design plates among plain plates.

上記のお皿等、全部で47RM（1500円弱）でした。次回セールは12／4〜7です。

That was my third time to enjoy shopping at affordable price. I bought these plates including the above plates for only RM47. They are going to have a next sale 4/Dec/2015 to 7/Dec/2015.

タンジュンブンガのマーケット／Tanjung Bungah Wet Market

タンジュンブンガのマーケットへ行くと、マーケット側の路上でとうもろこしの行商を発見。

When I went to Tanjung Bungah Wet Market, I found he was selling a pile of super sweet corns on the street outside the market.

しかもちょうど買いたかった甘いとうもろこし！少しまけてもらって6本を10RMで購入。

Besides, that`s what I just wanted to buy on that day. He gave me a discount and I got six pieces of them for only RM10.   

他には果物のドゥクを購入。グレープフルーツのような味。

I bought this round fruits, Duku, which has a sour and sweet taste like a grapefruit. 

また行こう。

I`ll come again.
