テーブルクロスとベビークッション／tablecloth and baby cushion

テーブルクロスを新調しました。生地はカムダーで購入したもの。

I changed a new tablecloth I bought at Kamdar.

裁縫は苦手だけど娘のためにベビー用クッションをチクチク縫いました。この生地もカムダーで購入。

I made a baby cushion of my daughter without the someone`s help. This textile fabric is also from Kamdar.

生地屋＠ブキ・ジャンブルコンプレックス／textile department store@Bukit Jambul Complex

ブキ・ジャンブルコンプレックスの中にある生地屋さん（カムダー）に行ってきました。お目立ての生地以外に、タオルやヌードクッションのコスパがよくてお買い上げ。

I went to the textile department store, KAMDAR at Bukit Jambul Complex in Penang. I bought two pieces of fabrics as I imagined. Furthermore, I bought several hand towels and node cushions because they were good buy.

ショッピングモール内はローカル色が濃かった。

I could find many items with local features.

ちなみにお客さんのほとんどはマレー系で、トイレに紙はありません。

By the way, main customers visiting this shopping mall is Malay people, so there is no toilet papers in all rest rooms.

ラタン屋さん@タンジュンブンガ／rattan crafts shop@Tanjung Bungah

タンジュンブンガの住宅街にあるラタン屋さん。定番のラタンバッグやホワイトラタンの家具など、可愛いアイテムが揃っていてオススメです。

This rattan crafts shop is in residential area, Tanjung Bungah. They sell very cute rattan collections such as standard rattan bags and white rattan drawers. You should be there!

2016年2月にタンジュンブンガの山側の住宅街へ転居しました。

手作りスカートvol.2／handmade baby skirt vol.2

娘の2着目のスカートが完成。今回は見た目も涼しいアクアブルーにしました。

I made the 2nd baby skirt. I chose aqua blue color because it looks cool.

ミスド＠イオンモール・ブキ・メルタジャム／mister Donut@AEON Mall Bukit Mertajam

メインランドにオープンしたイオンのミスドでドーナツまとめ買い。1個65円位。日本と変わらない味に安堵しました。

This July 2014 mister Donut, that is famous Japanese donut shop, opened at AEON Mall in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia. I visited there and bought a lot of donuts and muffins. They were 2.4RM per one and the same taste as Japanese-made one. I`m relived to eat them.

莲子羹(レンチーカン)／Leng Chee Kang

プリマタンジュンに行くと必ず食べる屋台スウィーツが『莲子羹(レンチーカン)』。色んな具を冷たいシロップと一緒に食べます。

When I go to Purina Tanjung, I always take out "Leng Chee Kang", that is a dessert consisting of variety ingredients in a cold syrup.

分かった具はこちら→バジルシード、蓮の実、白きくらげ、タピオカ、大麦、寒天、お芋など。ほんのり甘くて、身体に優しい味がします。大サイズで120円。

All I can see is as below. Basil seeds, lotus seeds, white Jew`s ear, tapioca, steamed barley, agar, sweet potatoes, and so on. They are not so sweet and must be good for my health. 4RM(take away, big pack).

龍眼（ロンガン）／dragon eyes fruit

新鮮な龍眼（ロンガン）を頂きました。南国フルーツの中で好きな物の一つ。甘すぎず、みずみずしくて美味しい。

I was given fresh dragon eyes fruit. This is one of my favorite tropical fruits. They are not so sweet, juicy, and delicious.

Dragon eyes fruit looks like the eye of a dragon because of the large black sheed in the middle of its fresh.

中に大きくて黒い種が入ってます。龍眼（ロンガン）と言われる所以ですね。

ラタン製のベビーチェア／rattan baby chair

娘が5ヶ月になり、来月から離乳食を始める予定なのでベビーチェアを買いました。肌触りも良く、軽くて可愛いラタン製にしました（4500円）。ラタン屋さんの過去記事→☆

My baby girl turned 5 months old. Since I`m going to start weaning next month, I bought a rattan baby chair. It`s good in touch, light, and looks cute(150RM). The past article about rattan tool shop　→☆

手作りのスカート vol.1／handmade baby skirt vol.1

裁縫が上手な友達に教わりながら娘のスカートを作りました。イメージ通りに出来上がって嬉しい。

I made a baby skirt with the help of my friend who is good at sewing. I`m glad that is just how I`ve imagined.

ケバヤレストラン／Kebaya restaurant

先日、世界旅行中の友達がペナンに遊びにきてくれました。せっかくなのでちょっといいレストランでマレーシア料理を食べようという話になり、トリップアドバイザーで評価の高いケバヤレストランに行きました。

The other day my friends who were traveling around the world dropped by Penang. Since it was a rare opportunity, we went to high quality Kebaya restaurant, where they were received excellent reviews from trip adviser.

ここはニョニャと高級フレンチのフージョン料理が味わえます

This restaurant serves Nyonya fusion dishes combined with French haute cuisine.
